● Gatherings: No large parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
● Security: Exterior cameras monitor the property 24/7 to safeguard our home, and verify reservation compliance. No indoor cameras.
● Parking: 5 spaces: 3 in the driveway and 2 in front of the home.
● Pets: Up to 2 house-trained pets with the required pet fee.
● Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.
● Smoking: Outdoors only. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. A $500 smoke restoration fee applies.
● BBQ Grill: Guests will need to supply their own charcoal and clean after use.
