Location Location Location! Welcome to Trout Brook Trail, a classic New England single family home in the heart of the center. Enjoy coffee in the morning on a cozy front porch with rocking chairs. A couple minute walk to Blue Back square and the Delamar hotel, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. This home gets professionally cleaned after each guest. The property was recently refreshed in June/July 2023(all new mattresses, pillows, sheets, towels, interior paint)

You are allowed to park two cars in the driveway, and no overnight off-street parking is allowed or you will get a ticket. Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm street parking is allowed. The back of the property abuts Trout Brook body of water and Trout Brook bike trails.
