This unit is a 1-bedroom Presidential unit that is 1,000 sq. ft.
Complete with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, lanai, and washer/dryer in the unit.
It has 1 King bed in master bedroom with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
