The villa of the grand river is located on the mountainside, in the Domaine du Hameau in Saint-Irénée, in the heart of Charlevoix. It overlooks the river, which gives it a unique character, because the view from above is spectacular!

It can accommodate up to 8 people and everyone can stay there in comfort and luxury that only seaside houses offer!

The Villa du Grand Fleuve offers you an idyllic place to admire the river. You can even observe whales there, if you are lucky!



It is built on 3 floors and offers a comfortable and very warm decor. The whole house is surrounded by large terraces in order to fully measure the beauty of this incomparable view.



You will be sheltered from the world and lulled by the sound of the waves!



The ground floor is the place to meet after a day outdoors, cycling or skiing! It includes a large open area that includes the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room and the living room separated by a double-sided fireplace! The atmosphere is warm and invites you to relax.



The 4 bedrooms are of good size and one of them has its own little balcony, perfect for taking the-morning-coffee-with-a-view!



The layout includes a second fully windowed living room on the garden level, two full bathrooms and a powder room.

Spaces by floor:



Garden level: Laundry room, bathroom with shower, bedroom with Queen-size bed, living room and access to spa.



First floor: Powder room, kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace.



Upstairs: Three queen-size bedrooms, one with a small private patio, and a bathroom with shower.

The exterior is undoubtedly the perfect place to admire the view.



Whether it's live from the spa (4 seasons), from the terraces or even from the fire pit located directly on the edge of the cliff!

You will have access to the entire Villa, the grounds and the fire pit.

Enjoy the fresh air and views of the river, nature trails which are particularly numerous in the region.



Go whale watching, go kayaking and go to St-Irénée beach for a horseback ride in the summer.



Take out your snowshoes or take advantage of the proximity of the Les Sources Joyeuses outdoor center (10 minutes), Mont Grand-Fonds (25 minutes) and the Massif (45 minutes) of the Petite-rivière for skiing and sledding.



Discover the restaurants of the surroundings, the casino (10 minutes) and the art galleries; enjoy the music concerts at Domaine Forget (5 minutes).



The region abounds with activities of all kinds, regardless of the season. It's up to you to create your own course!

You will be a few minutes from the village, a convenience store, a snack bar open in the summer and a restaurant.



Along the road leading to La Malbaie, you will find farms, artisans and local products, especially in season.

You will have to travel by car. In winter, we recommend that you use a 4 wheel drive vehicle and be careful.
