Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used bathroom towels on the bathroom floor. Leave sheets on the beds. Extra cleaning supplies and towels are under the kitchen sink if needed.
Please start the dishwasher before leaving and remove all food from the refrigerator. Trash bins are located across from the gate. Please use the bin on the right.
Before leaving, turn off all lights and lock the doors. Please make sure all personal belongings are taken with you. Thank you for taking care of the home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Max 6 overnight guests. No parties or events. Violation may result in cancellation without refund.
Quiet hours 10pm–8am. Please respect neighbors and the neighborhood.

Our home is near the beach and casinos, and if you walk around the nearby neighborhoods, you can see glimpses of the water, and are a short drive away from several beach activities. We are centrally located for many local shops, dining, and experiences in Gulfport, Biloxi, Ocean Springs, Long Beach, and Pass Christian. However, we have you stocked with fun activities, including dominoes, Gulfportopoly, cards, Smart TV, and Yahtzee! Come enjoy this home away from home!
