Welcome to Hillside House! Beautifully renovated, Hillside is a spacious farmhouse nestled on 10 secluded acres in the Catskill Mountains. With 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and plenty of spaces to gather, this historic home is perfect for group getaways, family vacations and anyone looking to soak in the countryside. Relax on the grounds' mountain meadows and private pond, or explore some of the areas best cafes, vintage shops and restaurants.
The space
Built for entertaining with accommodations for up to 12 guests, Hillside House offers ample room to bring your group, spread out, and relax.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: Seven bedrooms provide plenty of space for guests, including three king rooms (two with en-suite bathrooms), one queen room with en-suite 1/2 bath, and three rooms with full beds. There are also two full bathrooms on the second floor and small powder room with shower on the first floor.

THE KITCHEN: Make yourself at home in the well-appointed kitchen, featuring modern appliances, cooking basics, serving ware, coffee maker, and breakfast nook. A long dining table is perfect for group meals. The kitchen also houses a washer and dryer, available for guest use.

COMMON SPACES: The first floor's spacious living room is ideal for hanging by the fire, watching movies or playing board games. The second floor features a sitting area to enjoy morning coffee, relax, read a book. And, not to be overlooked, the third floor attic, where you can take in the sweeping views of the pond and mountains.

OUTDOOR: Take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside from the covered front porch, or lounge in the back among the apple trees, meadow and private pond. The patio also features a deck, perfect for outdoor dining and grilling, as well as a firepit, for cozy nights by the fire. And, short hike through the property's forest brings you to a flowing creek.

NEARBY: Centrally located in Callicoon Center, Hillside House offers an ideal jumping point to access some of the areas best eateries, breweries, shops and hiking. There are also several grocery stores, wine shops, and farm stands to stock up on provisions locally. Some highlights include:

Pets are allowed on the property with host permission. Non-refundable pet fee of $125/pet. Max 4 pets.

Early check in or late check out may be available for an additional $50, when requested by guests.

For anyone with SEVERE cat allergies: The owners have a cat that is sometimes at the house when they visit. The house is always deep cleaned following each stay but for individuals with severe allergies this may present an issue.
