This is a large river front home with a .75 acre yard which is fenced in the back where you'll see manatee's, dolphins, blue herons, and enjoy peaceful kayak rides (there's a little lagoon near by where the manatee's hang out!)

This space is unique in that it is located directly on the Banana River and is also 2 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean (2 Minute Walk). The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 full size couches, 1 love seat, private patio, 1500 sq ft dock, 2 kayaks, 3 bikes, fishing poles. Chefs kitchen, living room, dining room, and entrance. All kitchen utensils, pots, pans included. Linens, towels, etc all included.

You are also only a bike ride away from downtown cocoa beach bars and restaurants!

From your arrival til your departure I take great pride in providing the highest level of accommodation.

Other things to note
House cleaning, yard maintenance, and property management persons, and pest control have been hired so you may see them during your stay.

Beautiful, relaxing stay on the river

Gorgeous house and property. House was very comfortable. It’d be great to have more lawn furniture to enjoy the amazing views Fishing off the dock, kayaking with dolphins, walk to the ocean, bike into town. I couldn’t get over how beautiful this spot on the river is. We had a great time here. Thank you!

I have to be honest, I am torn between writing an honest review and keeping my mouth shut in the hopes that this gem of a property has plenty of availability in the future. Truthfully, this place is special. The dock and access to the river is absolutely incredible. While relaxing on the dock we were greeted by dolphins and manatee floating by. Osprey, egrets, water turkeys, and pelicans where everywhere. If you like nature, this is the place. Beyond access to the river, the beach was just a short stroll away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The neighbors were kind and welcoming. The house itself was clean, spacious, and quiet. Outside of the neighborhood downtown Cocoa Beach was in easy biking distance. If biking isn't your thing Ubers were plentiful and quick. If you are looking for a place to recharge, reset, and find a little peace with easy access to everything that is amazing about the greater Cocoa Beach area do yourself a favor and book this place.Just please don't do it in early January, because we are hoping to make it a yearly stop for us.

Very Pretty

This house is very pretty. It is clean and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It is very conveniently located near Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo and lots of restaurants. We were disappointed that there really isn't any comfortable outdoor space. The dock is splintery, there is just 1 plastic lounge chair but no cushions. One of us always had to sit on the dock. There isn't any co vered area to eat outside and none of the sliding glass doors had screens to open for fresh air. Great place but was not clean on arrival

Showed up 1/2 hour after check-in time and the house was not clean. The whole house was dirty as the previous tenants left it a mess. All beds had been slept in. Wasn't able to reach the owner for a couple of hours and by then the cleaning people had gone home for the night. Had to find some clean sheets and strip and make a bed. The cleaning showed up the next day and did a good job. Other than that that the house is really nice. Very big. The dock is great. Nice sunsets.

Why they chose this property

Cocoa Beach is unique in that you have large beautiful beaches, access to port canaveral cruise ships and restauraunts, get to see all the rocket launches, and are a little over an hour from Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, etc. Also downtown Cocoa Beach has a small town charm with local beach bars and restauraunts.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique in that it has 150 ft of waterfront access with a 60 ft dock that I custom built myself (I'm an engineer). You'll also get access to 3 bicycles, surf board, 2 kayaks, beach loungers on the dock, and I have a Vespa you can rent for a fee.
