Kick back and relax in your calm, stylish private english-basement apartment. The completely private in-law suite apartment comes with a large bedroom, living room with West Elm pullout couch, kitchen, and newly renovated bathroom. Wifi and TV for you to work from home, watch a movie and relax! This home is family friendly, with a crib available for you to use. Fresh pillows, sheets, towels and hair and shower products available. Basic kitchen items available for use.

Parking for two FREE parking spots available. Close to Rock Creek Park and plenty of bars and restaurants.

Pets allowed with approval - large park in the back!
The space
Guests will enter through a private entrance through the back of the home’s lower level (basement level) with a private code for safety. Inside, guests will have access to a lovely entryway, full bathroom with a walk-in shower, kitchen, spacious bedroom and living room.

The bedroom has a large closet and two spare air mattresses available. In addition the living room has a West Elm queen sleeper sofa.

Great shower, comfy bed

Everything is as described in the listing. Excellent communication with owner. Glover Park is a great location to hop on the bus downtown, especially if you like cute suburban neighborhoods.

Charming and clean basement apartment

This charming and clean basement apartment was perfect for my needs. I came during winter and it was plenty warm (plus they have plug in heaters if needed). I slept well in the bedroom and could watch TV either from bed or very comfortably in the cozy living room. The kitchenette is basic so don't plan on any major cooking here but other than that, it's plenty sufficient. The neighborhood is safe and walkable with shops, markets and bus stops nearby. The owner is very easy to communicate with.
