Place was not clean, no utensils,

The place the area was very nice .. The unit was not clean. Coffee pot was disgustingly dirty )towels needed to be washed , stunk. There was no utensils in the kitchen. .. no paper towels ..

Great location, straightforward!

We have stayed at this site the last three years for the Division 2 Collegiate Beach Volleyball championships. Super clear check in, great location, reasonable price

Plusses and minuses

We were pleased with the quality of the physical facilities. However, there were only 3 towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth; 1 tea towel, and 2 cereal bowls. We wouldn't have known how to get to the correct section except that we saw a man who told us the gate code.

Close to the event

The location as great. We were only 10 minutes from the Gun club, lots of space to spread out. Only down fall was that the master bed is very hard and there are no wash clothes. We ended up sleeping in the second bed room because the bed was a bit softer.
