Devils Lake Trip

The home was very comfortable and met our needs. Bed was comfortable and coffee maker and supplied coffee was great. Would stay here again if we’re in the Devils Lake area.

This house is like going to grandmas house, it may be a bit older house but it has everything you need. The neighborhood is great and close to lake and city.

Yearly fish trip

Our stay here was a good one. Lots of room for the 4 of us and two small dogs. Had one small issue with the washer acting up. Luckily it wasn't needed, we prepared well. Too bad our fishing was not as good as the stay.(Can't predict it 6 mo out). Will keep in mind for future stays as we like the closeness of everything.

Good Clean property. Worked well for a place to stay while we were up to do some ice fishing. only complaint is the beds were very firm and not the most comfortable to sleep on.

Fishing Trip to Devils Lake

We had 3 adults and 2 children staying. We loved having lots of room to "spread out." The 12 and 11 year old LOVED the game room downstairs. It was very close to the lake and to downtown. The host was very responsive. Note: We also caught LOTS of fish !

DL fishing

Large house for 3 guys, AC worked good, nice big screen TV. Grill was questionable, half of each burner worked. Dogs barking next door until 11pm one night. Beds were ok, bathrooms were clean, other than some type of worm on the wall. Not sure if the dish washer worked, soap for it was never found. Overall it was ok, would we go back, no.

I’ve been coming to devils lake yearly or multi yearly for six years now on fishing trips. We’ve always stayed at motels, this time was different and I will never do a motel again. The house was exactly what a few buddy’s need to have an enjoyable fishing trip. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, the house was comfortable, the yard was nice, and the property manager left us alone. There was an issue with the air conditioner but did not affect us what so ever, the owner had if fixed and we didn’t even notice it was done. I will highly recommend this property and I will be coming back as long as it’s available.

Quiet Neighborhood convenient location

Safe quiet neighborhood, close enough to town. Cleanliness upon entering was good but throughout our stay noticed alot of dust and dirt under the beds and bathroom sinks. That is the reason for the lower rating on cleanliness. The details make it seem like there are 2 1/2 bathrooms but there is only 1 1/2 bathrooms. Amenties also say there is a hot tub but we didn't see one. We weren't staying here for that reason so we didnt really care about not having a hot tub. There is a game room area with many games. Plenty of sitting room for the 6 of us in living room and dining room, this was a plus. Beds and pillows are memory foam and VERY firm. Kitchen only has 2 coffee cups and 1 larger cast iron pan and 2 smaller frying pans. Plenty of plates and silverware. The grill outside was great and we were lucky with the weather and were able to use it multiple times. Getting in when we got there was a breeze. Good supply of towels for 6 of us. We would stay here again. Mitch was a good host and checked in when we first got there to make sure we had everything we needed
