You are going to enjoy this gorgeously updated home with its big yard space and sun-filled rooms. The front porch allows you to enjoy the sunrise. The master bath has a big garden tub or roomy shower- take your pick. Upstairs triplet bedroom allows children spaces away from adults. Open floor plan for easy visiting and working. Granite and stainless kitchen, ceramic tile flooring with some carpet.

We are from Dallas TX area trying to help out our daughter with her rental in Lake Charles. She lives in the cottage in the back of this particular home.
Why they chose this property
The home itself is beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for enjoying each other but sleeping apart. The rooms are light and airy. The neighborhood is very country like with big yard spaces. It is close to the airport and several hospitals.
What makes this property unique
This property is well-maintained and well-stocked. It will be very different from all the properties near the casinos and downtown area. It feels new, not beat up or ancient.
