This coastal gem is waiting for your arrival with its brand new heated swimming pool! Fresh, inviting remodeled unit with new kitchen, bath, furniture and appliances. Contains two leather sofas one is a sleeper with a queen-size memory foam mattress. The rear yard is like a little oasis with new patio furniture, pavers, shell, grill and griddle. Enjoy a beverage or meal at several bars/restaurants that are within walking distance and are location is only 4 miles (7minutes) to the beautiful Englewood Beach. You will also have the opportunity to visit two other beaches (Boca Grande & Manasota) about 20 minutes North or South. Its about 2.5 hours to all the parks in Orlando. Bring your kayak! 1/4 mile direct access to Lemon Bay and the area is known as a kayakers paradise. Visit charming downtown Englewood where you can explore local shops, dine at restaurants and visit near my Indian Mound Park. Local planned events are common. This unit features a RV/Boat parking pad. Inside the fence. Message for details. There is also a county recreation center just a mile away with pickleball/basketball courts. The area is also recognized for its charming small-town atmosphere, excellent fishing opportunities, and the annual "Englewood Pioneer Days" celebration, which showcases the community's history and culture. Additionally, the Lemon Bay Playhouse and Stump Pass Beach State Park are popular attractions in the area. Enjoy the peace and tranquility that are just moments from the shoreline!
