Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I was disappointed from the moment we walked in. We had to message the host to get in as we had not received any door code by 3 which is check in. The stove was dirty. It advertised heat and air. The thermostat was blocked and painted over, i guess so we wouldn't know it was a thermostat. There was a windows unit in one bedroom but it has a casing over it with a lock so it's not usable. There was no TV in the entire place. We were told in our instructions we would not be able to use the back door but what back door. There was a half wall and half door. It led to a downstairs door but we had no actual door. I don't think the floors had been cleaned in a while. I towel mopped the kitchen. There was signage up to wash out dishes which we did but there was no hot water in the kitchen. The positives were the bathroom had hot water and the toilet was clean.
