We have lived in Ocala, spent significant money on the house to make amazing, and would love to have you stay for a week, several weeks, or a few months.

It's about 3 miles to Fort King National Historic Landmark, 3.6 miles to downtown Ocala, 5 miles to Tuscawilla Park, 6.7 miles to Silver Springs State Park, 10.7 miles from Florida Aquatics Swimming and Training (FAST), 11.9 miles to the World Equestrian Center (WEC), and 20.6 miles from Ocala Winter Circuit (HITS).

Final Notes:

It is a 4 bedroom/2 bath home and allow up to 8 people comfortably (main bedroom/2nd bedroom has King size beds and the other two bedrooms have queens).

It has a private HEATED pool that's kept around 80 degrees and can be adjusted based on guests preference. The pool equipment is on from 7 am to 7 pm daily - and can by adjusted till 10 pm if you prefer, We ask for quiet time from 10 pm to 6 am as courtesy to neighbors and per Marion County law.

The fireplace is decorative for looks only - it does not operate nor function correctly and is never to be used.

Pets might be allowed on a case by case basis and a higher rate and/or additional cleaning fees will be required due to more deep cleaning needed. This needs to be agreed upon before booking and only agreed upon pets are allowed. Pets need to either be inside a crate inside the home/garage/Florida room, in the fenced backyard at all times, or taken with you on your excursions.

There is no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property or premises whether inside or out - no cigarettes, no cigars, no vaping, no weed, absolutely nothing. There is absolutely no illegal drug use allowed anywhere on the property or premises.

Please note: There will be a non negotiable minimum $1500 + cleaning fee added on for any smoking or drug use on the premises for any reason during your stay and/or any pets not disclosed and/or agreed upon before booking and abiding by pet rules - and guest is 100% responsible for their pets actions, behavior, and any damage caused.

We are not responsible for any incidents involving your pets, including but not limited to: pets escaping the property, other animals entering the yard, or interactions with neighboring pets. You assume full responsibility for your pet(s) at all times. Any pet-related disturbances, damages, or complaints will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund, consistent with our policy on unruly guest behavior.

We highly suggest you make yourself aware of any VRBO/host cancellations policies and purchase any needed trip insurance (not affiliated with host) for your stay to cover yourself if needed. If you are in any doubts - please contact VRBO, or your trip insurer, or your credit card provider, etc and ask them. It is not hosts responsibility to advise on what a guest should or shouldn't do.

No partial/full refunds will be granted that aren't specifically covered via VRBO terms and policies. No guest date changes are allowed once booked and may be allowed at host discretion and any fees associated to do so will be guests responsibility. There are no partial/full refunds granted for electric, power, internet, gas, water, yard, or pool services that are out/cannot be done due to Florida weather.

We do not allow any third party bookings (unless agreed to by host) - the guest who books the property must be the party staying at the property - we do not allow one party to book - and others to stay there.

We do not allow early check ins (before 3PM EST) or late check outs (after 10 AM EST) without host approval - arriving early or checking out late - without hosts prior approval - is considered trespassing as you do not have permission to be on the property - and all fees incurred, but not limited to: early check in fee, late check out fee, additional nights stays, paying for express cleaning, paying for express yard care, paying for express pool service, having local authorities called to remove, etc - will be assessed at hosts discretion.

Guest access

You have full access to the house, Florida room, 2 car garage, private HEATED heated pool, front yard + private fenced back yard. There is no one else living on site.

Other things to note

Please plan on checking in at 3 PM day of reservation.

If a previous guest checks out by 10 am - it will take the cleaning crew 5 +/- hours to clean the house, garage, Florida room, yard, all sheets and towels, and make sure your stay is enjoyable.

We have a pool and yard crew there one day a week for maintenance (day varies on Ocala weather). The pool is HEATED, non screened in, and no fence around the pool itself. There is a pool net and brush you may use if you so choose during your stay.

The trash comes each Tuesday and Friday - you may place the trash, in the trash bags and bins provided, on the street before 7 am and they pick it up.

We have fresh McCullough drinking water delivered monthly in 5 gallon containers stored in garage and yours to use during your stay.

We have pest control that comes every two months to handle the inside and outside of the home (day varies on Ocala weather).
