Welcome to LS2 – San Sebastián Estate, a private luxury retreat located within a gated community with 8 other estates (which we own and operate on VRBO). The San Sebastián is the second house on the right after entering the main gate. With 6,309 sq. ft. under roof, this beautifully designed estate offers the perfect balance of relaxation, entertainment, and comfort for families and groups.

Resort-Style Outdoor Living

The backyard is a true oasis, featuring a waterfall swimming pool complemented by two separate spas, ideal for both relaxation and social gatherings. Entertain with ease at the built-in pool house wet bar with BBQ, stay cool with the outdoor misting system, or enjoy meals beneath the outdoor pavilion with a woodburning fireplace and picnic table. Evenings are best spent around the gas fire pit, while daytime fun awaits on the putting green, bocce ball court, and horseshoe pit.

Entertainment & Smart Comfort

Inside, guests will find an arcade and billiard room along with an indoor ping pong table, providing entertainment for all ages. The home is fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a wall-mounted iPad, Nest thermostats, and 12 TVs throughout with direct streaming. A professional indoor-outdoor SONOS sound system ensures seamless music and entertainment throughout the estate.

Amazing estate with outstanding outdoor area that includes large pool and two very large spas. Location is convenient to Indio, La Quinta, and Indian Wells areas. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Hosts were very professional and responded quickly to resolve minor issues. Kitchen was well stocked. Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay.

Great property with all the fun stuff, horsesgoes, game room, putting mini green, sonos system throughout the main house and Casita. Pool was amazing easy to use after we got instructions on how to use. The 2 spas were amazing. Enough room for 14 and 3 kids to spread out. Each room had personal bathrooms with king comfortable beds.My only complaint was that there needs to be an instruction manual and description of how to use all the amazing amenities!

What a great house! The backyard is incredible with a pool, 2 hot tubs, putting, and a bocce ball court. Outdoor seating with TVs and a grill, why would anyone stay inside??? I hope this house is available next year for our annual trip, would love to come back!!

Fantastic property! Tons of room for our 8 person golf trip, trust me, we could have brought twice as many people with no worries. Location is great, very close to numerious courses. Property was perfect, no issues, would book again.

Enjoyed our stay

The house was comfortable and fun and as described in the listing. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We did have some problems securing the home as some doors and locks were broken.

The house was perfect for our stay. We used it as a home base for a joshua tree trip, golfing, and had a pool day with yard game’s Olympic. I had 16 adult men and it was plenty of space.

Very well located in Bermuda Dunes, near Palm Desert. Close to popular golf courses and good dining. A large, well appointed house with plenty of spaces to gather. An 8 bedroom home, although one bedroom is the location of the living/dining room in the separate casita building that shares a bathroom inside the adjoining bedroom. Easy to communicate with the property manager.

Family Christmas

Three generations of our family met for the Holidays. Between the house and the casita we were able to separate by sleep schedules that allowed greater flexibility for activities. The common areas were great and supported game playing! A great time was had by all.

Laguna Seca Hacienda

On a guys golf trip, looking for a home with adequate space for 8, with good proximity to a number of golf courses. Plenty of space and accommodations, great pool / spa / outdoor space. No more than 15 minutes to many excellent golf courses. Definitely will look at again for next year’s trip.

Perfect Vacation house for a 50th birthday party

We stayed at this house for my husband's 50th birthday extravaganza. There were 14 people all with their own bedroom and most with their own bathroom. The pool was fantastic. Rick was an amazing host and was very attentive to any needs we had. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect Thanksgiving Family Reunion

We had a large group and it was absolutely perfect. It's tough to find a house with so many large bedrooms with King beds. This property was perfect and the hosts were SO accommodating. They even bought new dishes and a kerig before our group arrived. I can't wait to go back!

Great group retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at Laguna Seca. We were there with 9 total people for my birthday celebration and had a great week. The house is huge and the sound system was great. The games were fun and the pool was lovely. The property manager and all of our contacts were very responsive and even came by multiple times to clean the pool as it was very windy while we were there. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for a family reunion

We had 12 adults there--4 couples and 4 singles. This was perfect for us since all bedrooms had their own bathroom and there was enough room for all. The shared spaces - living room, dining room, kitchens and pool were all roomy enough for us to gather, cook and eat together. We had a great time inside and lounging by the pool. There was also a comfortable hammock on the side of the house. We had enough room to interact overall, in smaller groups, and by ourselves when we needed a break. We'd 100% stay here again.

Outstanding week in Palm Springs

The owner is without a doubt tue most responsive we’ve ever had with any rental. As there is with all rentals there were a couple minor issues that were promptly dealt with. The house was perfect for our group of four families, 8 adults and 10 kids.

Great house for guys golf trip

We had a great time staying at this house. Plenty of sleep space for 12 guys on a golf trip. Only had a few issues with pool heating as we could not heat the pool or the spas simultaneously. Otherwise the house was amazing. Property manager and owner were easily contacted and responsive via text. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanks so much for the 5 stars! We enjoyed having you guys and hope your group grows since we have the other 7 houses in the gated community. Unfortunately all pools have mechanical actuators that pump water from the Pool or the Spa to the heater and then back to the spa or the pool. It has to be one or the other… Otherwise you will keep pumping the cold water from the pool into the spa and it will never get warm or you will pump the warm water out of the Jacuzzi into the pool and have an empty jacuzzi. Natural Gas prices have gone up 200% so we are recommending guests only use the Jacuzzi.

Plenty of Room for Seven with Separate Bedrooms

This is a nice place to stay. The eighth bedroom is really the kitchen in the casita and two other casita bedrooms have to transit this room to leave the casita. Other bedrooms are spacious and public areas are large and generally well-equipped. We had trouble checking in because of an oversight, not a procedural fault, and we were impacted in only a minor way. There are some minor maintenance issues but none that seriously impacted our overall enjoyment of the facility.

Thanks for the review. We loved having you and look forward to having you back again. We advertise this house as 7 bedrooms. The 8 bedroom or common area bedroom is a bonus common room with a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper. I hope you liked the new remolded kitchen and living room. Due to Covid we have check ins without people. We prefer to give out the gated community access code the day of your arrival and leave the house open for you. Let us know if you need it earlier gate code info for grocery delivery. The front door has both a key and code for access during your stay. Our pool man comes Monday and fridays. We have 3 full time employees to help M-F during your stay. Chris or Dawn our property managers are always available to chat. The house is a smart house so let me know if you need the Jacuzzi turned on or the lights off. I can even turn on the AC units. I live 2 hours away but visit the properties 1-2 times a month. I have created this vacation village with 10 houses for all VRBO travelers. This is the only HOA I know dedicated to vacation rentals. Thank you for sharing your time and thoughts with us.
