A+++++++++++++++
Just got home from our week at Camp 312 and I'm counting down the days 'til next year. Everything is just as described, and better. The campfires at night on the lake made our vacation. The camp is charming, clean, and Gail made sure we had everything we needed - a fully stocked kitchen, ample towels and linens, even an umbrella in the closet which, unfortunately, we did have to use once!! Can't say enough about this place, and we can't wait to come back!! Thanks Gail!!!

Thank you so much for the kind words Lynn. I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay and equally glad that you want to return next year. Thank you so much for taking such good care of "our" little summer getaway. You made it very easy to get ready for my next guests. I look forward to seeing you again.

We had an easy time finding this property as the off streets are in numerical order.
The cabin is cozy and snug, overlooking beautiful lake Oneida. Although small in total area, the layout gives you a nice feeling of space. The screened/partially glassed-in porch is a delight. The kitchen is well equipped and we had everything we needed. Bonus points for a small welcome of chocolate. We appreciated a grocery not too far west, and a very friendly dog groomer, Dee, who kindly helped us with a small pet problem.
We had a lovely time and would stay there again if we were in the area.
Great Stay. Great area neighbors are very kind and helpful. The steps going down to the water and back up could use some work a bit steep. Other then that s great cottage clean and homey.
I'm going to recommend this place to to all my family and friend.
It was a very peaceful and quaint place to stay.. I am hoping to stay there again next year and will recommend it to all my friends and family. The owners were very helpful and pleasant to work with.
Awesome experience overall. Well kept, clean, beautiful view of the lake. I couldn't ask for a better vacation spot. I would love to return.

My husband and I bought this cottage in 1999. We had been boaters but wanted a place where our grandchildren could grow up. When we found this cottage we knew we could stop looking. We went through it , upgraded it and decorated it to make it our own. Of course we were right, the grandchildren love it. We do too. We have spent a lot of time there relaxing. For us it was a nice getaway, close to home. The neighbors out there are great and have become close friends. My husband was a retired principal and I retired from teaching. We had fun doing some traveling but treasured our time at "camp".My husband passed away 5 years ago so things have changed a bit but we have many treasured memories.
Why they chose this property
We bought this place because of the location. It is only 45 minutes from our home plus it is a truly beautiful spot. Being so close to home, it's convienent for families and friends to visit.
What makes this property unique
Although the cottage is close to home it feels as though we are far away from all the hustle and bustle of daily life. There is a laundromat close by as well as a restaurant. Also there is a little grocery store for those forgotten items. It is great to walk out the door, be near the lake and have privacy.
