Hot Tub:
It is important for the hot tub water to remain free of dirt, soaps, lotions, etc. If the water becomes too dirty the hot tub will shut down and no longer heat. If you need the hot tub to be serviced during your stay because the filters have become dirty and the hot tub has shut down there will be a $100 service fee charged to the guest.

Perfect location for Red Lodge

We loved staying here, it was the perfect location to walk and be minutes from all the fun, food, and shopping in downtown Red Lodge. It was clean with all the amenities for a fun stay with family.

Amazing Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Waters Edge. The home is well-kept and very clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and the game room made it just that much better. Definitely recommend!

Very fun and wonderful home in Red Lodge!

The home is in wonderful condition and well maintained. It is a fun place to be with games and fun for all ages. The homeowner is responsive and helpful. The walk to downtown Red Lodge is an easy 4 block stroll with lots to do there. Great place to enjoy!!

Gorgeous, fun accommodations

This property was very clean, Heidi was quick to reply to questions and an issue with the unit. It was a great place to have a family gathering. The game room and games were fun. Plenty of room for privacy and a great place for family dinner, & patio sitting. Close to town and on a quiet street. Thanks to Heidi and Jay.

Great Stay!

Owner is responsive and very professional. The property is as advertised. We slept with windows open and heard the creek in the backyard. The unit is quiet and very clean. It’s 3 blocks from downtown so a pleasant walk pre/post dinner. The owner was very flexible, changing dates for us. Beautiful landscape with deer out front and trees/creek in the back plus hot tub. I can’t say enough good things!!!

Wouldn’t recommend and expensive

We have stayed in this area before and loved it. The property was not clean, patios hadn’t been cleaned in a while, dead bugs and webs in the windowsills, behind the pot by front door inside, lint/ fuzz/ hair on floors under beds, no toilet paper or Kleenex, leaking under sink in bathroom upstairs and the shower leaked out all over the floor, missing pillow cases , no extra paper towels or garbage sacks for garbage, your feet turned black after walking on the floors, huge spiders on front door. When we contacted her via text with no response, I called about the paper goods she was crabby at first telling me she got my message. We didn’t know because she didn’t respo.Then came while we were gone later in the afternoon. We left everything cleaner then when we got there and then a week later, I received a bill for six new towels, three hand towels, and a set of king sheets stating they were stained sent me pictures. Not sure what she had taken them of something previously there was nothing left like she sent. . The picture of the sheet doesn’t even really look like the sheets that were on the bed other than they were white and it looks like a huge blood stain that they tried to get out, rest assured none of us are that age. I can’t believe somebody would try and accuse people of things they really didn’t do . And the towels look to be maybe like tea stain or something not sure what that was either but there again none of our towels had stains on them. Billing an extra $134.02…
