This is a newly renovated home that will comfortably sleep 16 guests with the option of sleeping up to 20 guests. Bring your family or TEAM to this home that includes a batting cage, basketball hoop, pool table, arcade game, and dart board. The home is located on 3 acres of property, so you'll have tons of room for fun.

Great Place!

Friends and family stayed here for a weekend for a wedding. The place is perfect for a group and the outdoor patio is a definate plus as well as the game room. Owners were great!

Field of dreams.

Had a great time at this house. Close to Field of Dreams and we were right across the road from where we were playing golf. The arcade game and pool table were a hit. Would definitely come back again.

Spectacular

My family and I rented this adorable place while we were in the area for my grandfathers funeral. The space accommodated all 16 of us so well; no one was tripping over each other. The host is TOP notch, so sweet and thoughtful!

I knew nothing about Dyersville when I was looking for a rental. Took a flyer on this until because of batting cage. It was so much better than expected. Large grounds

The perfect experience deserved the perfect house

Every little thing was thought through by this owner. There is absolutely nothing you could say “I wish they had”. At first I was skeptical about the bathrooms being separate from the bedrooms but this was the perfect setup! Everyone felt like they had their privacy and the unlimited hot water was miraculous!!!

The Envy of the Baseball Team’s Parents!!!

We stayed here for the weekend with our extended family for a Field of Dreams tournament and when Saturday turned out to be a rainout, we had other teammates families drop by to socialize. They loved the place just as much as we did and were in awe of how perfect this place is for the occasion. Our kids had the best time here and in town and are already talking about wanting to go back, and I’m on board with that! This place is beautiful and very well maintained, inside and out. My parents loved the front and rear porches for morning coffee. Absolutely loved this place, glad we had it for the long weekend and rainout!

THE. BEST.

Our baseball team played at Field of Dreams. 8 adults. 6 kids. And there was SO MUCH room for more kids. The rental was AMAZING and the owners were MORE amazing. Can not say enough about the great price, the overall property and the total convenience of having somewhere to go and relax between games, during delays, and crazy weather! BOOK NOW!!!

Family Memories made in Iowa

Appreciated that there was a decorated Christmas tree in the house so Santa knew right where to leave the kids surprises! We also appreciated that there were games we could play on the rainy days. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t conducive to take advantage of the outside activities. The binder provided was very thorough. The house was perfect for what we needed. Thank you!

House was a good fit for us and located in a great spot! The stairs going upstairs were a little steep and slippery but overall it had ample room and was very cozy! The hosts were excellent communicators and very responsive! Would recommend to any looking for a Vrbo that could accommodate multiple guests! Thank you!
