Welcome to Modern Oasis, a comfortable retreat designed with open living areas, large windows, and thoughtful details throughout. Located just minutes from OSU, downtown Corvallis, and Willamette Valley wineries, this home offers both convenience and tranquility.

Inside, the main floor features a full kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room with a web-enabled flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace. The master suite includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and spa-like bathroom with double sinks, a rainfall shower, and soaking tub. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms with queen beds share two full bathrooms, each with double sinks. Every room is furnished with quality linens, blackout blinds, and ample storage.

The fenced backyard is perfect for entertaining, complete with a gas grill, umbrella table, and seating. A laundry area with washer and dryer is available for guest use.

Guests will be welcomed with a walk-through and provided with a custom access code. You’ll have full access to the entire property during your stay.

Alexandra will greet you in person for a walk-through. Afterward, she can be reached via calls or text messages with additional questions or needs.

This was an excellent property to stay at. The shared rooms and the bedrooms were all comfortable and clean. The property host was great, communicative, responsive, and prompt. They ensured we had what we needed. I accidentally left a belt when I checked out, and she reached back out, got my mailing address and shipped me the belt. Wonderful home. I would stay here again, and I would recommend others do too.

Best-equipped short-term rental ever!

The house was outstanding in every way, but what really stood out was how well-equipped it was. The kitchen was like cooking at home: pots & pans, utensils, spices, condiments. The same was true in other parts of the house. Alexandra is a professional an it shows.

Beautiful Home, But Frustrating Rental Process

The house itself is clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the experience with the property manager was frustrating. After booking, I was sent a separate rental agreement with different rates and cancellation terms. One bedroom was locked on arrival, and I was charged an extra 100 to access it—since we only had four guests. The listing should clarify that the fourth bedroom requires an additional fee due to laundry. Worst of all, the property manager consistently deflects blame rather than just solving the problem. I believe the rental company uses VRBO to advertise but follows its own policies, making the process confusing and stressful.

Since I am an avid golfer, I made special arrangements for my guests to play at the Corvallis Club (normally a membership-only club). Modern Oasis is a spacious and cozy newly built home. It’s also conveniently close to parks, grocery stores, a network of bike paths, and Stoneybrook Assisted Living. Oregon State University, Samaritan Regional Medical Center, and downtown Corvallis are just a short, easy drive away.

What makes this property unique

Guests often comment on how well-stocked the kitchen is. If you like to enjoy a homecooked meal away from home this is a great place to stay. Also, I commissioned original art that adorns the walks in this home. The upstairs reading and game nook is a cozy place to read, work, or relax.
