Corvallis Modern Oasis - New Construction 3 Bedroom Vacation Rental

Leave your worries behind as you settle into this pristine, newly-built and tastefully decorated four bedroom vacation rental home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in five-minutes from Campus and downtown Corvallis.

Light and bright with high ceilings and big windows, this home is designed with an open layout and plenty of room to spread out and relax. Separate sitting areas on each floor provide space for everyone to congregate together or have some quiet time alone.

Guests can also reserve the entire house for $299 - $397 per night, plus a one-time cleaning fee depending on number of guests and length of stay, and 13.5% lodging taxes on the entire invoice. Please note that the default rate is for 4 people. When additional guests stay, there is an $39 per person/ per night with a capacity of 6-people. The lodging fee is variable to give smaller families flexibility. The service fee is also a range ($229 - $349) depending on number of guests and length of stay. The service fee covers post stay cleaning and healthy breakfast items for your stay. Please reach out to Alexandra with any rate questions.

Cooking family holiday meals is a pleasure because of the plethora of cooking tools available.

Premium rates do apply for high-demand OSU weekends like Fall and Spring Family Weekend and OSU Graduation.

When reserving the entire house guests will have the King bed master downstairs and two - three Queen bedrooms upstairs, an office loft, and 2.5 bathrooms, living and dining rooms, laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Sometimes we are able to offer the lower level only for two people. When renting the lower level only there is a special rate, and no other guests will stay with you!

Modern Oasis is not pet-friendly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
