Community pools are open 8 a.m. - 11 p.m., and the water park is open 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pools are weather permitting. Children who are not fully potty-trained must wear swim diapers. Please note there are no lifeguards on duty.
Booking Rules & Requirements

Full Name Requirement: The full name of the person checking in must be provided with the booking request as it appears on their ID. If the name is incorrect, a change fee will apply.
Age Requirement: At least one guest must be 21 years old at check-in and present a valid ID and credit card.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit will be charged at check-in, depending on the unit type.
Unit Variations: Photos represent general unit styles; unit interiors may vary, but all published amenities will be provided.
Wi-Fi Access: Wi-Fi is available for a fee. You can select and purchase a plan upon check-in.
Extending Your Stay: If you wish to extend your stay, a new reservation must be made, with a minimum of two additional nights. All standard fees and charges will apply.
Date Changes: Once confirmed, date changes are not accepted.
