In the Heart of Fargo

Very convenient apartment location and the owner was helpful when we found that the key fob wasn’t was not able to let us in the building. It seemed to be a problem for other building tenants as well, so we were glad to be able to reach the owner . Space was clean and comfortable with a great restaurant and Speakeasy property in the building. Parking garage nearby was free on weekends. Coffee provided but if you need creamers, sugar or ice - better bring your own. Visit the Hjemkomst Museum in Moorehead which is a short drive away. Lots of places for the college crowd to enjoy downtown Fargo. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean, great location to walk to many shops/restaurants nearby. 46 North is only a few blocks away and the food and service was great. Highly recommend!

Upscale Loft

Loved the decor and simplicity of the loft. It was comfortable and easy to settle into for a few days. The closet has lots of room and is very accessible. Easy access to restaurants and walkability to a sundries/grocery store and a lovely coffee shop. We enjoyed our stay and the location in downtown Fargo.

My stay

The fact that this home away from home was on the center of downtown. Meant that you did not have to walk far to obtain food, drinks or a good time. This business trip was a shear delight.

Comfortable and convenient

Very clean and comfortable apartment, great downtown location. Do expect noise if you stay here; the upstairs neighbor played loud music until midnight or later on most nights of my stay.

Small, simple, adequate

I stayed here during my daughter’s wrestling tournament at the Fargodome. It was only a few minutes from that location. Being that I was there on the weekend it was easy to find free parking on the street right outside the building. I didn’t spend much time in the apartment, I usually only came there to sleep. It worked perfect for my needs.

Amazing Location and Super Clean

This apartment was in an amazing location and was super clean!! It was a quiet place with a good walking and driving distance to everywhere we need to go. The owner was very communicative and organized. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay!

Perfect Spot in Fargo!!

Great property! Cozy, very clean and walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurants and the Scandinavian museum in Moorhead. A bonus was the restaurant, Mezzaluna. Just down the stairs in the same building. Excellent food and fun staff!
