Communication Breakdown!
The address is to a huge property. many condo villages. 100's of condos in each village. we hired a driver. He couldn't find the condo either. We used all our international data chatting with VRBO. It was at the info desk on the compound who finally figured out where we were supposed to go. The address should read what they gave us then:

Hira- name of condo
M5-actual unit
they never supplied the key lock combo so we could get into the condo. Thank goodness the cleaning lady was there or I don't know what we would have done since VRBO could not contact the owner.
They didn't supply the wifi password until we pestered them for a day. When we could not get the TV working they just ignored my questions. There were 3 remotes-was buried in the cushions of the couch. They could have told us which HDMI to use or we had to have our own netflix. We are tech challenged but we couldnèt get the cable working even in spanish.
They could also leave directions on how to order water. Nobody in our building used the same company and we couldn't figure out how to order thru the website since it is all spanish. We do pick up water and a few groceries before arrival but for the first week we lugged large bottles from Tulum which is a 700 peso taxi ride. It would have been appreciated to pay 40 pesos for delivery.
Id stay again now that I know what questions to ask first!
