Use the 2 kayaks that come with the home or bring your boat and use the private neighborhood boat ramp avoiding all the lines and getting on the water in minutes. Take a trip to Pennekamp state park and the some of the worlds best snorkeling a short boat ride away from your home. Golf cart (included in rental) or bike ride to local restaurants and be close enough for a day trip to key west. This is your home away from home to enjoy the beautiful Key Largo.

You have found the best neighborhood in Key Largo. A quiet community with a private boat ramp that is easy to use and never has lines. You will see more golf carts than cars in our neighborhood and more free range chickens than people.
What makes this property unique
Our home has amazing sunset views from the living area and especially the top deck. The boat ramp is 100 yards away and plenty of privacy on the front porch. Walk to local shops and ride bikes along the dedicated bike path to get your groceries or visit local parks.
