About this property

Our Cozy Stylish home is located 3 miles from the beach and perfect for group and family trips (up to 7 guests).
The living room features a modern design, 2 sofas, a smart TV and lots of natural lighting. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, & electric kettle.
There are 3 bedrooms available with the ability to sleep 7 guest’s total.
BEDROOM 1: King Bed with Private En Suite Bathroom and entrance to backyard. One Full size Futon (with memory foam mattress) available for added sleeping arrangement.
BEDROOM 2: Queen Bed
BEDROOM 3: Queen Bed
All 3 bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, with clean sheets & comfortable pillows.
Each bedroom has a Smart TV with closet space to make yourself at home.
There are two full-sized bathrooms with stand-up showers and clean towels.
Parking spots are available for 2 cars on the driveway and one additional car on the grass.
The backyard provides a large grassy space, as well as a covered outdoor seating.
There is one camera overlooking the driveway and entryway.
Our home is close to I-95, awesome breweries, bars, restaurants and local shops.

Good experience and value

This property more than matched our expectations. It was clean and comfortable. It has good Interstate 95 access. Property management was quick to respond to questions. The largest bedroom does not have a fully closing privacy door since it slides closed. It has a chain lock. The kitchen could probably use a few more pots, pans, and measuring cups if the client wishes to seriously cook. A grocery store is a few blocks away. Each bedroom has its own TV. All in all this is a very good place to stay and was a much better experience than a hotel would have provided. We would recommend it highly.
