This 4 Bedroom/4 Bathroom home located on the Canals of Key Allegro is perfect for a large family and friends get-away. You will have beautiful views of the Canal and the large decks both upstairs & downstairs are great for entertaining & outdoor living! With a private boat tie up and fish cleaning station provided, the deck is perfect for fishing and also picks up a southeasterly breeze which makes it a wonderful place to entertain!

As you enter the spacious Kitchen and Living area you will immediately see the beautiful views of the Canal from the large windows. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a home-cooked meal (or that catch of the day!) and also includes a Keurig Coffee maker (we provide a starter amount of coffee, creamer and sugar), Stainless Steel Appliances, Utensils, Cookware, Microwave, Toaster, etc.

Grab a glass of Wine and enjoy the Canal views from the large upper balcony off the Kitchen - Perfect for catching a beautiful sunset at night or an early sunrise in the morning!

The views from the Living Room windows are a delight! Enjoy Family Fun Night with an abundance of Board/Card games! Afterwards, cozy up on the sofa and stream everyone's favorite movie and spend an entertaining evening at home. The TV has Streaming & Cable.

The Master Bedroom off the Living Room has a King size bed, views of the Canal, TV w/Streaming & Cable, Wardrobe closet and an En-suite Bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The 2nd Upstairs Bedroom has a Queen size bed, closet and TV w/Streaming.
The upstairs hall Full Bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The 3rd Bedroom Downstairs has a private entrance from the patio as well as access from the Laundry Room ~ Perfect for another couple wanting privacy. It has a Queen size bed, views of the Canal, TV w/Streaming & Cable, Toddler Bed (Pack N Play also in closet) and a Full Bathroom with shower.

The 4th bedroom is located downstairs off the main deck and has a separate entrance from the Main home. It has two Queen Beds, views of the Canal and a Full bathroom with shower.

The Downstairs Deck has plenty of seating areas and includes a Gas Grill for guests to use. With a boat tie up and fish cleaning station provided (has running water & lights), just pull up to the back deck after a day on the water.

The Laundry Room has a Washer/Dryer (detergent included) that is available for guests' use. We also supply Beach Towels.

We provide free unlimited Wifi, Board/Card games, Hair Dryers, Iron/Ironing Board, Hangers, Bathroom Towels, Linens, Shampoo and Conditioner, as well as a starter amount of Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Detergent, Hand Soap, etc. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and high-end linens as we want our guests to enjoy the home as their own.

The home is a few minutes from downtown Rockport and Fulton areas along with Rockport's Cove Harbor Marina and the Aransas Pass Conn Brown Marina - both with boat launches and bait stands. Enjoy spending time eating out at several wonderful local restaurants and shopping at the multitude of amazing local businesses. The Rockport/Fulton area is well known for its many year-round festivals, Market Days, art galleries, fishing and birding.
