My family has lived in So Utah for over 60 years, We moved here when I was 10, I have lived many other places, Texas, Florida, Beliez, upstate New York, Central America.
No matter where I have lived I have always loved So Utah the best for all it has to offer. Huge variety in scenery, Climbing, hiking, lakes, rivers, boating, skiing, the things to do are endless and no matter where I have lived over the years THIS has always been my home.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property about 25 years ago, I saw this little sigh leaned against a rock, so I walked up there and the minute I walked on the property it stole my heart.
Mr Ir'Minger showed me around and I asked him if he built all the rock walls, and he said "every stone" took me 20 years but its sumthin aint it" and yes sir its sumthin!! I said. He built the walls to build up the property above some huge stones in the ground, he didn't just build a wall, he built terraces and garden areas and had fruit trees and tomatoes. I not only fell in love with the property, I fell in love with "him" and all he represents, he took something that no one else wanted and with dedication and persistence he created something special, not only on the front of the property but a very strong thick wall to retain the dirt on the back of the property that runs the whole length of the property. If you look on the side of the cabin there is a cute little walk way built there too.
I think of Mr Ir'Minger every day when I am there, a lot when I am not, I think of his unwavering dedication to a dream he put in his mind, he didn't care how much work it took to create, how long, it was what he wanted, he just made a decision and didn't stop until he was done. I was wondering one day how I could honor him. I decided that everyone should come and see what he built with with love & heart
Not only is this property special for all his work, he was an avid hiker and went hiking everywhere and usually brought back a rock, not any rock a special rock. You will see them in the planter in the rose garden, under the trees, everywhere you look you will see something you know he probably laborously hauled every one of those rocks home from far and wide, and I love him for that tooooo.
With his example I try and do that in my life as well, and I have taken on some big dreams, and made them come true, its amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it, and I'm not done yet.
And hope your not toooo-
