In winter this apartment is the best-heated place around (floor heating).

The apartment is part of a villa completed in 2010. Quiet residential area with plenty of parking space.

The pool is shared with the owner so that you get to use the pool completely privately 2-3 hours a day, and for the rest of the day enjoy the beaches.


If you come with small children we ask you to keep the pool gate locked when you are not using the pool.

We built our house in the Neve Amirim neighborhood of Herzelia because we love this area with its almost village-like feel and its closeness to Tel Aviv and the sea. Our street has very few cars passing (it’s a loop) and we have a big garden with lots of birds singing in the trees.

The house is built on climatic principles of natural light, air circulation, thermal mass, rainwater collection and use of gray water in the garden. We also encourage our guests to recycle and compost.

Coming here from 'Ben Gurion' Tel Aviv airport, takes just 30 min, if not in rush hour. You can get to Tel Aviv in 20 minutes and the beach is just 10 min. away. There are a few good coffee shops and restaurants, 2 supermarkets, a cinema, a laundromat, a bank and a natural foods shop... all within a walking distance. Many restaurants deliver. So you can order food from a menu on the internet and have it brought to you at no extra cost.

In the garden, we have a pool, which is 12x5 meters (36X15 feet). One end of the pool is very deep and the other end (1.10 m) (3ft 7in) has comfortable steps.

There are also many flower bushes, a deck and pool toys. The pool is shared between us and the guests. The guests can use the pool in the mornings; unless otherwise agreed. Only the staying guests are welcome to the pool. The pool cannot be seen from the apartment and the guests are totally responsible for their family's safety.

The vacation apartment is entered from the east side of the house and it has its own gate and two small outdoor sitting areas. Our entrance is on the other side of the house and we live on the top floor, therefore we don't see the apartment at all.

The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with the possibility of sleeping 3 in separate beds. (One of the beds is collapsible and can be put out of the way) This room also has a cable TV.
There is a 16-square meter (144 sq. feet) kitchen with a dining table for 5. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, 2 electric cooktops, a microwave and a toaster oven. It has all the necessary dishes for preparing and serving a meal. There's coffee, tea, sugar, oil and milk for the start. Outside the kitchen, in the garden, there is a sitting area.

The bathroom is large and new (like the rest of the house). It's got 2 sinks, many drawers, and a shower booth.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned in summer, and floor heated in winter, with independent controls for each room. Every room has a ceiling fan too. All the windows have mosquito nets.

You will be given sheets and towels, and an extra pool towel each.

Our daughters have grown up, but if you like I can find you some toys that I have kept. There is also a selection of books.

The apartment is not intended for partying and making noise at night. If by chance we are going to be entertaining our friends till late, we will tell you about it ahead of time.
