Moose Creek Lodge is located in the Western mountains of Maine. 11 miles from Sugarloaf mountain. 30 minutes from Saddleback Mountain. Directly on snowmobile/Atv trail..
The space
Guests will enjoy 5 bedrooms, 20 beds, each with a full bathroom . Commercial kitchen which includes 6 burner double oven with 2ft griddle, 36 inch charbroiler, 3 bay sink, microwave, conveyer toaster, dishwasher. All necessary pots, pans and utensils. Dining area with commercial Keurig and full coffee station.Large dining table which seats 10 plus 2 smaller tables that seat 4 each. Living room bar area has 55 inch TV and seating for 8. Bar has seating for 6 and 46 inch TV. Several smaller seating areas for games or cards. Regulation pool table and dart board. Also have video game area with ps4 and a few games.
Guest access
Guests at Moose Creek Lodge have access to the Dead River via Canoe portage near dam.
Great for fishing, kayaking and canoeing. Rentals located at Pines Market 3 miles away. 2 public beaches on Flagstaff Lake a few miles by car.

Great spot for large groups, convenient to Sugarloaf

This is a great spot (and one of the few in the area) that can handle a large group of people comfortably, as we had 15 people in our group. The main living room was very homey and fun to hang out in by the bar and pool table. The industrial kitchen was great for cooking large meals for the group. Only surprise was the amount of beds available. There were 9 full beds and a bunk bed, meaning if you have a group over 11 that donā€™t want to share beds youā€™ll need to use couches and air mattresses (which we brought in case). However, I can see that if families are staying there and sharing beds then that will work. Overall, great booking which I will definitely seek out next time Iā€™m in Sugarloaf!

Great place for our large group for ski weekend at Sugarloaf. We love hanging out in the common area with the bar, pool table, dartsā€¦ kitchen is amazing for cooking for big group. ā€œDatedā€ but very clean and exactly as advertised. Weā€™ve been coming for few years and will continue our tradition next year. Tony is very responsive anytime we had a small issue. Definitely recommend!
