65” LG Smart HD TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video. There is a large taupe leather reclining sectional couch, console with electric fireplace, plus family books and board games available.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with all cooking essentials! Spices, oil, pots & pans, air fryer, slow cooker, toaster oven, blender, and griddle are provided. Wine glasses available.

Dining area:
Farmhouse picnic-style dining table with two benches and farmhouse chandelier above. A high chair is provided for traveling children.

Coffee bar:
Includes a Keurig and traditional style coffee pot. Beans and grinder also available.

Master bedroom (sleeps 2):
King bed with 50” Samsung Smart HD TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video featuring an electric fireplace below. Private attached bathroom includes shower and tub combo with double vanities. The closet contains family essentials for traveling children: stroller, baby gates, and crib.

Attic Studio (sleeps 4):
This room features double queen beds and a 43” Roku TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon prime video. There is a unique denim couch and foosball table!

First Guest Bedroom (sleeps 2):

Weekly housekeeping included every Wednesday at 2pm for 2 hours.

Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am, strictly enforced.

You and your guests agree to use the house, equipment, and grill completely at your own risk. Never leave a child unsupervised on the property.
