Enjoy your beach vacation away from the crowds at this tranquil setting in Seascape Villas. This nicely updated villa features an open floor plan, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and gorgeous water views of the surrounding lagoons, mature palms and meandering walkways.

Everything you need is here including the "HH Island Rentals Advantage" including 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels and new kitchen amenities, salt, pepper, cooking spray and season salt.

The main floor features the living area with ceiling to floor windows to enjoy the peaceful lagoon views, a dining area, and an open kitchen with quartz countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also includes a full size washer and dryer just in case you need to do some laundry during your visit. The main floor deck overlooks the lagoon below and provides seating for two and a propane grill for enjoying your favorite outdoor meals.

The second floor features the master bedroom with attached ensuite, floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views of the surrounding grounds, and a walk-in shower in the attached ensuite. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and a guest bath just across the hall with a tub/shower combo.

The beach is just a short walk across the street to the public access walkway. At the end of the walkway are private restrooms for guests of Seascape Villas that can only be accessed with your private code that will be provided before your visit.

Seascape Villas are approximately 1/2 mile down S Forest Beach Drive from the popular Coligny Plaza shopping area with restaurants, shops and even a grocery store, Piggly Wiggly. You will also find the new Low Country Celebrations Park and Coligny Beach Park located in the same area.

We even have a beach cart and four beach chairs for you to transport you and your beach gear to one of America's Favorite Islands. Flat screen TVs and free internet and Wifi are included.

We've stayed at 3 spots in this property now , and we loved the layout of this spot! Great for a family of 4! The view is lovely, and great accessibility to the beach and pools. Super nice to arrive with a welcome bucket! So helpful to have the extra towels and the access to the beach closet - we had a chair that didn't work so was great to be able to use one of the owners, usually that stuff is locked up! We had an enjoyable time.

The condo has been remodeled. It is fine for 4 or r individusls. Everything in the condo worked fine. There were enough linens and towels. The complex is quiet. The grounds and pools are well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

Would have been nice to have an on site map with the actual crossing to the beach. Initially walked out of the way as it is not marked. Also never found the 2nd onsite pool. More stairs than expected and has 1 member in the group age 83. Neither TV worked upstairss but when we called the came right over to check them. Box broken and will be replaced. Ocerall, we had a great time and would probably saty there again.

Good property very close to the beach (about a 7 min walk). Easy to get/check in. Had all of the amenities needed.Comfortable bed, well lit. All appliances work.
