Great Peaceful Getaway

Beautiful property with lots of space for my large family. We enjoyed the open floor plan and space to gather together.

Getaway Gem!

A family weekend getaway that exceeded our expectations. Spacious and open floorplan was absolutely comfortable for 8 adults. Bedrooms were tastefully decorated and beds/bedding were comfortable. The property offers plenty of relaxing options; hot tub, firepit, gameroom, and lounging on the dock all made for a fun and memorable getaway.

Best vacation place

We really had a great time everything was as expected the only thing we thought was not so good was that it is a little musty . Can you get rid of the musty smell ? We definitly would like to come again next summer . Thank you

Communication prior to arrival was good, however, issues arose at checkin because the area has poor cell service, so before you get off rte 44 to the area contact the rep to get the access code to the house or you will have issues.The house is a fair size for our group of 7 (4A/3K) with an open floor plan at the Kitchen/Dining & Living areas. This area has large windows that overlooks the lake and is right in the path of the Sun which brightens up the place during the day and leads into a showy sunset in the evening.Bedding was firm and clean and with enough pillows (but all soft). Fridge was a good size and clean. There was an issue with the Washer which set us back. Rep notified us at checkin of this issue. This was an issue because we packed light and counted on using the unit. Rep had a repairman come by but could not fix. We found Supertime Sudz in town (15 min away) to be very clean and secure. Also in town were common businesses where we could get additional supplies & food etc.Also, concerning the house, AC was good, dishwasher was good. Hot Tub was clean & enjoyed.The place came with games and kayaks, however, the pool table was wobbly and leaned and the corn hole only had one side that was good. We did not use the kayaks as we brought our own. The dock has safety concerns because one section is at a 45 degree angle going down. Note that this setup did not match the picture.Fire pit area was enjoyed nightly.Overall, fun time with family....Thanks

Hi Christopher. Thanks for the feedback and your flexibility with the washer. Other guests should be aware that the dock level and angle are driven by the water levels in the lake which are not controlled by us. When the lake is low the walkway will be lower.
