This is a beautiful first floor apartment in a duplex. Fully renovated, high end, luxury furniture. The home is conveniently located 5 minutes to downtown St Pete as well as walking distance to crescent lake. Want to hit the beach? Your closest beach is 13 minutes away! Grab a bike and ride around the beautiful lake, hit the city, or enjoy the gulf side. Anything is possible with this centrally located home!
The space
The home is very spacious and perfect for up to 4 guests. There is a king bed in the bedroom as well as sofa bed to comfortably sleep 2 (mattress topper provided). Enjoy your own private patio equipped with dining table and BBQ.
The home is only a quick 5 minute ride to downtown St Pete where you have wonderful night life as well as delicious food and lounges to hang out. We are also walking distance to sunken garden.
