About this property
7 Minutes to lake
Visaginas is a beautiful city with wonderful lakes and forests. We like to spend time here so we bought and renovated an apartment so it is always pleasant to come here.
We want to share this nice place with our guests: a forest that you (almost) can touch from the balcony and a lake that is only 7 minutes away on foot. And also a grocery store that is just beside the house (not very romantic but a convenient fact)
The space
We renovated this place in 2022. It is a one-room apartment with a separate kitchen, bathroom, WC, and balcony. The apartment is fully furnished and is convenient for longer stays or workations. :)
In the kitchen, you will find: stove top, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, microwave oven, and all cooking utensils.
In the bathroom: washing machine, towels.
In the living room: iron, hair-dryer, fast Wi-fi, Bluetooth speaker, work table, bedding.
