The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 1005 has all the comfort and style you could want for a relaxing getaway.

The dining area offers seating for four. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The large master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, large closet, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Condo on beach in Destin

The condo was beautiful we enjoyed our stay there. There were several little things that needed to be repaired but other than that it was in immaculate condition and very clean! The girl that checked us in was amazing and very helpful. We enjoyed the area and the beach was gorgeous we totally will come back again!!

On the white sands of Destin

Had a chance to stay at this property in early Jan of 2020. Great location, beach was fantastic. It was the low period in Destin, kind of cool but the condo was top drawer would rent it again. Very happy.

Incredible view

The condo was as described. We enjoyed the beach and balcony. Everyone was attentive and accommodating to try to ensure an enjoyable stay. Access to the beach was close and easy- The beach service was quick to close and pick up chairs (always before the surrounding resorts). It’s posted that personal chairs and umbrellas are not allowed on the beach however many families had personal chairs and were able to set up in front of rentals. The unit it self was updated- beds were comfortable- sheets were a little rough. The kitchen pans and utensils need to be updated badly- I was thankful we’d planned to eat out quite a bit. Overall it was a great stay- we all had a great time- Thank You

Beautiful, Comfortable Accommodations, (just a few things to take note of)

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. We loved the pools and hot tubs. We also loved having a washer/dryer in the condo. The beach service was great. It was very quiet and we very rarely bumped into others on the elevator or on our floor. There are just a few things future renters need to take note of before their stay. -There are no curtains in the living room. So if you have someone sleeping on the couch bed, they will have to be awakened by the bright sunlight. Also while watching tv, this created a glare and made it harder to see. -The toilet paper was cheap, we went and bought something better quality. -There is nothing stocked food wise. Not even β€œessentials” like salt and pepper, sugar or butter. No coffee, no shampoos, etc. There were small bar soaps and just a few trash bags and dishwasher pods. Not enough for a week stay. -There were no large bowls. My nephew ate his popcorn out of a colander. -The drain in the larger bathroom came off easily when touched. We had to be careful not to cut our feet on that. -Make sure to pull the main door shut. It doesn’t shut easily on its own. -I couldn’t get the window side charger to work in the larger room. Not a big deal as I had a wall block but some may not. We enjoyed our stay. These were just some things we weren’t expecting that we thought others might appreciate knowing before their visit. Thank you.
