About this property
Cozy cottage in a quaint southern town with updated with modern amenities
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. My home is a charming older home which has been renovated with all the modern amenities, including a beautiful new kitchen. It is situated on a large lot in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to the center of a lovely town square with antique stores as well as several boutiques and restaurants. We also have a wonderful new city park where your children can play and you can also enjoy free concerts on summer weekends

My house is an older house in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Livingston. It is within walking distance to the town square and a beautiful city park. There are antique shops and boutiques as well as restaurants and salons. The city park hosts free concerts on weekends in the summer as well as children's activities. Dale Hollow Lake is a short drive away.
