Two story cabin get away in middle Tennessee. Listen to the rain on the metal roof. Private and quiet solitude as you relax on the wrap around porch with ceiling fans. Poplar shiplap and barnwood decor. Double sliding doors out to the Wrap around deck. The deck is covered on three sides with a sun porch. One king bedroom upstairs with TV, one king bedroom downstairs, one queen bedroom downstairs and one bedroom with twin beds upstairs. Rustic decor with beautiful views. Access to Brushy Creek where you can wade, look for crawfish or just splash around. Brand new beds in all rooms. Ten foot ceilings with ceiling fans in each room. Blackout blinds in all bedrooms. Fully furnished kitchen with new appliances. Dining area seats 6. Tiled showers with a 10 foot ceiling on ground floor. Cell connectivity is spotty depending on carrier. Wi-Fi calling is available and dependable. Excellent water pressure.

Absolutely loved our stay at this great cozy cabin! Photos and description were very accurate and the host was fantastic and very communicative. Our group had plenty of space, enjoyed the beautiful views and the clean house! Hands-down five stars will stay here again!

An Amazing Stay

This property is by far one of the best stays yet. It is secluded and has everything you could possible need. We have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. If you are looking for quiet and peaceful, this is it.

A restful and serene stay

Our family of eight had a wonderful weekend in this brand-new construction with a large, complete wraparound deck and multiple fully stocked game options. The cabin is set in an idyllic meadow and was a peaceful option for our family as we flew/drove in to attend a funeral. The beds were comfortable and the setting was serene. The owners live nearby and are friendly and helpful.

Lovely site for respite.

Beautiful setting-loved walking to the creek and listening to the birds while drinking my coffee on the porch each morning. My adult children, my college granddaughter and I were in Hickman county for a family funeral and agreed this was a peaceful place to stay amidst all the family doings. We would definitely return!

Country Get Away

Very nice cabin, well apportioned space and wrap around deck. Firepit, grill, and blackstone for outdoor cooking. AC and Heat work very well. This is a remote location in the country and only to note we had no Cell service for calls and needed to use Whats App for that. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Amazing Country House

This is the second time we’ve had a Girl’s Weekend here! When we knew we wanted to come back to the area, we knew there was no other place we wanted to stay. The house is situated off a quiet country road. It has plenty of room for a family or like us a quiet girl’s weekend. We spent most of our time on the beautiful, wraparound porch and you could even hear the creek running behind the house. The owners are so nice and great to work with! We will definitely be returning.

I can’t express how peaceful and beautiful this place is! We needed a place for our company to rent for a few guys who were working in the area. The owners were so helpful and nice! The place is clean and well maintained with everything you could possibly need on your stay! I am so grateful and thankful to Kim and her husband for making everyone feel at home! We will be back!

Nice cabin - peaceful and quiet

Nice cabin out in the country. No city sounds. Shallow creek for sitting, reading, and telling stories. More deer than people out here. Owner very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to escape the urban lifestyle.

Truly Serene

Our stay at the cozy cabin met all of our check boxes. Having the ability to relax and refresh at this secluded cabin allowed us to heal both mind and body. We traveled from out of state and this is the first time we didn’t have make appearances at the homes of friends and family. We stayed put and had everyone come to us. Kudos to Kim for providing a lovely comfortable ( really comfortable beds) house. Will recommend it to friends and family.

Perfect secluded getaway

Exactly what we were looking for! Perfect spot to get away from city life and relax. Pictures don’t do the property justice. Inside very clean. Beds were comfortable & water pressure was great on the shower. We loved rockhounding in the creek at the back of the property & caught crayfish. Smores at the fire pit. Did not take advantage of the ping pong table or other outside games but we did love the basketball goal. Kids had a great time! Highly recommend & hope to be back.

We have used this rental more than once. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing spot that is secluded, this is the spot. You just bring your food. Everything you could possibly need is here. They have grills, games and a fire pit. The owners are great and will be there if you have any problems. I give this place a solid 10!

Peaceful, quite and completely beautiful

Surrounded by wildlife, deer, turkeys and squirrels to name a few. If you are looking to be just one with nature this is the place. The host are wonderful people and go out of the way to help you. The cabin is so beautiful. It’s all new rustic looking. And they have everything there that a family could ask for. Games of all type indoors and out. 2 grills basketball Goal outdoor furniture. I highly Recommend this place to anyone. thanks to the host. Have greatly appreciated my stay.

Girl’s Getaway

Amazing from start to finish! It begins with a long tree lined driveway that opens to a beautiful cabin with wraparound porch you won’t want to leave. The cabin is decorated beautifully and the beds are so comfortable it was hard to get up in the morning. We spent so much time on the porch! The lounge furniture is comfortable, plus there an outdoor dining table where we played games all day. The breeze on the porch was amazing. Of course we had to check out the beautiful creek that ran behind the cabin too and we’re so glad we did. We will DEFINITELY be booking this cabin again. Thank you so much Kim, you were GREAT!

Beautiful secluded cabin

The property & cabin are both beautiful & clean! Nice peaceful location (a little farther out from stores & restaurants), lots of amenities to use, some need a little upgrade just from use, wear & tear pieces missing etc. but we had a blast & it got our teens up & playing sports with us while we were there! Listed as “waterfront” but there is only a very small spot where you can access the small creek, not big enough to fish or swim in but still accessible. Interior is nicely decorated, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, clean towels everything you would need. Only suggestions, there was no Landry detergent as listed & not very comfortable seating in the living room, but that got us up & out of the house more. Overall great home with lots to do! Would definitely stay here again!

Family traveling to see more family.

This house was absolutely perfect for our 3 generation family get away. The entire yard, front, back, and sides, was perfect for our girls to run barefoot in the lush grass. The kids (2 legged and 4 legged) all loved splashing in the creek at the back of the pasture. The water was ice cold and crystal clear. The fire pit was perfect for roasting hot dogs and making s’mores. The full wrap around porch had seating on all sides and the best of views for the sunset. The downstairs had 2 rooms and a full bath, the upstairs had a room with a very comfortable king size bed, a 2nd room had two twin beds and plenty of room for the girls to play. There was a second full bath upstairs with the absolute best water pressure in the shower (no tubs in either bath but the showers were fantastic). The AC was very cool and comfortable. The privacy was fantastic, and the drive to anywhere was a nice peaceful drive!! As we all know, the back roads in Tennessee are tree lined, winding, and have the best of views!! So, if you choose this house, sit back and enjoy the stay, or drive the long winding back roads!! Either way, you can not go wrong with this house!!

8 of us stayed here for a weekend. It definitely was a very cozy, accommodating cabin. It was very peaceful and quiet. The deck was amazing and myself and friends really enjoyed the mornings and evenings lounging there. The beds were cozy and the showers were great with amazing water pressure. We all really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and stay here again. The WiFi also worked well for our needs.

We enjoy spending time with our grandchildren, volunteering with a local humane society, experiencing the country life here on Brushy Road, and raising Charlois cattle. Hosting is enjoyable because we get to share this great rural location with many people and hopefully provide a place to get away from the hectic day to day activities of everyday life.

Why they chose this property

This location is quiet and serene with various wildlife meandering around the living areas. Don't be surpised if you see deer, wild turkey, eagles, buzzards, cranes, etc.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because you can sit on the deck and hear only wildlife surrounding you. While you can see the neighbors you seldom hear them. They enjoy the quiet life as much as we do.
