Owner was responsive to all communications. Property was clean and conveniently located near grocery stores and close to the freeway. Made it easy for us to get to and from all our planned activities.
This was a four day business trip with my wife, myself, and my mother. Clean, quiet, and good wifi. I am familiar with Anchorage so everything was as expected. It is more like three bedrooms if you include the den.
Accommodations are great, includes three bedrooms, one of which is a TV room. Everything is clean, including bathrooms, sheets, kitchen. I wish they had cotton and not polyester bedding, but the towels are nice and thick, and there are many of them. This quaint little house could benefit from a couple of folding chairs on the entrance porch , however we really appreciated the carport on the days when it rained. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and accessories. Suggestions: a stronger exhaust fan in the bathroom which could help with the moisture after the showers. Communication with the manager was really pleasant and really quick, the check out process could not be easier! We loved our stay!
We were impressed with how clean everything was maintained and how spacious the rooms were. The location was ideal as it gave us easy access to many of the nearby attractions.
Denice, our host, made are experience easy in terms of checking in and out. She was very receptive to our needs and was always available.
We dropped our son off at the University. Location was close to the University and was a great base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was quick and the host was helpful. Looking forward to returning.
We enjoyed our stay here. This apartment was very easy to find and you even have a carport to park under. The property is nicely maintained. Inside is nice enough, there's an open living/dining room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 room with a futon. There's 2 TV's. Full bath & good water pressure. My only complaint is the white venetian blinds in the smaller bedroom, there was already no real dark in June, those just make the room really bright at all hours. Some dark colored blinds (or the same wooden style (i think they were wood) that are used in most of the other rooms would definitely help. If you're from Alaska, you're already used to this but I'm from Nebraska, so having no real darkness was very strange for me! Otherwise, we really liked this & checking in and out was a breeze. We didn't spend much time in the apartment, we were too busy exploring!
Our trip to anchorage was an unplanned trip due to an emergency surgery. When we arrived the unit was clean, quite, well equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable. We will definitely visit here again. Great hosts and great place to stay!
