Casa Nicté: Cozy and modern house in Cuernavaca 40 min away from Mexico City!
Modern house in Cuernavaca, the property is located inside a gated community with 24/7 surveillance. The house has a pool, jacuzzi, and optional heating 3,000 MXN per day at more than 86 °F. All rooms have a dressing room / closet and full bathroom. Air conditioning in rooms and common areas. Adapted for 16 people. Parking inside the property 10 cars. Optional professional chef $1,300 MXN x 8 hrs.
Ideal for families or big groups, all the spaces are designed to have fun and enjoy the excellent climate, both for those who enjoy the sun and for those who wish to stay a little cooler, the jacuzzi has a hydromassage perfect for relaxing. Large garden and excellent night lighting.
It is very important for us to let you know that the cost of pool/jacuzzi heating is complete and exclusive for heating and the property does not obtain any benefit, the receipts are delivered to you for your complete peace of mind.
Pets may only be in the open areas of the property and rest in the laundry room.
We have decibel meters, the noise level of 65 db cannot be exceeded from 9 am to 9 pm, outside of these hours there cannot be any type of noise.
