About this space
If you want to feel like you are on a tropical vacation, yet still feel like you are in the middle of everything...look no further! Our tiki house is located in Pensacola, only 15 minutes from gorgeous Pensacola Beach and 7 minutes from all of the excitement that downtown Pensacola has to offer! Restaurants, grocery stores, breweries, bars, parks and nightlife are just a short drive or Uber away.
The space
Our home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a pool table in the game room, hot tub, an outdoor tiki bar with a tv & refrigerator and of course.... the sparkling pool! We have speakers in the game room and outside so that you can play your choice of music while poolside or playing one of the many other games that we have for you to enjoy. At night, you can even dim the lights in the game room and turn on the star projector for a totally different vibe!

Each bedroom has it's own tv where you can sign in with your favorite apps when it is time to wind down for the night. The beds are very comfortable as that is always what we look for when we go on vacation. Our kitchen has everything that you need to cook your own meals, but of course, we also have wonderful restaurants nearby! Stay connected and stream your music and shows with our wifi. We also have a laundry area, so you can pack lightly. We have beach chairs and umbrellas that you can borrow as well.

We have put alot of thought and love into our home, decor and amenities. We love anything tiki and our home shows that. We want our guests to have an amazing vacation and we have tried to think of what we look for when we travel. Our home had over 30 great reviews when it was previously listed with another property management company. We hope that you will enjoy staying here just as much as we do!

We do have cameras on the exterior of the property so that we can monitor it when we are away. The cameras will go into "privacy mode" after you check in.

Amy is a wonderful host and this property had so many wonderful amenities. The backyard is such a nice space to relax. It was a bit too cold for the pool though, but we did enjoy the hot tub, pool table, and the tiki bar seating area. The property was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location is also really close to everything and super easy to get to. Very quiet neighborhood as well!

Tiki time

I grew up in Pcola. We were in town to visit family and wanted a space to ourselves. This place made the week for us. The pool is awesome, saltwater. We had family over for a little cookout and everyone enjoyed the space. We 100% will be back.

Holiday Weekend Getaway

We had a great time in The Tiki Time Pool Home. Amy, the host, was so responsive and accommodating. We had an early flight arrival and she made it simple for us to check-in early so we could get our weekend started. The house is exactly as the pictures describe, and the yard is just begging you to have a good time. Sadly, it was a bit chilly to enjoy the pool or tiki bar, but the hot tub was plenty warm! We would not hesitate to stay here again on a return visit, and look forward to using that pool and tiki bar!

Awesome

Amy has such a beautiful home that she rents out. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be reaching back out to her for our next visit to Pensacola. The property was fenced-in so you had your own privacy. We didn't get in the pool but the hot tub was amazing. She has a pool table set up in the house that we were able to enjoy. The bed was so extremely comfortable. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay at her location. It's 10/10 from us.

We had an amazing time at the Tiki House

This home was perfect!! We had such a great time that it was hard to leave the house to adventure out into the rest of Pensacola. It had absolutely everything we needed to have a wonderful time with friends and family. Amy was an exceptional host and was very easy to communicate with. She also had great suggestions for places to see and eat while we were there. I would 100% recommend the Tiki House for your next trip to Pensacola, it sets the tone for a perfect Florida get away. If we find ourselves back in the area, we will for sure book this house again! She really set the bar high for VRBO rentals in the future. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Tiki Time is in a great location! It is a quiet neighborhood far from noise, yet close enough for short trips to shops and the beaches. I absolutely loved the layout of the home! It was so beautiful and was extremely clean. It did not smell, had no bugs, and the pool and hot tub were clean as well. The washer and dryer worked great. I actually want to buy a washer with an agitator now because our clothes feel so clean. My youngin's said how much they loved the pool table, hot tub, and the decorations and the room with the pool table.We were supplied with an abundance of towels, washcloths, beach towels, and pool toys, amongst any other household items you can think of. We went the 1st week of March, and the pool was chilly; however, being from Michigan, my kids and husband still swam in it. If you like to have drinks or to sit at a bar and chat, the tiki bar is the spot for you! We didn't use it, but it is so neat. It was fun to walk around and check it out. The couch is so comfortable, my little kids decided to sleep on it, and my teen took the extra room. The bed in the Master's was heavenly to me. There's also a futon in the amazing game room that can be laid out and slept on. The host, Amy, is very quick to reply to messages. She is amazing! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this home. We loved it and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend!
