This property is located in the heart of downtown Des Moines with quick access to almost anywhere downtown.
Within a 5-7 minute walk: > Court Ave District > Western Gateway Park & Sculpture Park > Civic Center > Wells Fargo Arena > East Village > Wooly`s > Science Center > Full scale grocery stores > Countless restaurants, bars and stores!
Parking is not included but affordable parking garages are directly south and west of the complex right across the street! Metered parking is also available around the unit.
Guests will enter into the main lobby and take a short elevated ride up to the cozy condo. Inside the unit features a full kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar, dedicated workspace, living room with 60 Inch smart TV, 2 bedrooms both with smart TV`s while also having access to shared spaces such as a community area with games, 24/7 fitness facility and rooftop lounge with dog park/relief area.

*note* - Both bedrooms do not have doors. The upstairs bedroom is an open loft and the downstairs bedroom has an open entry that is sectioned off by a curtain.
This is a downtown space and apartment complex and while it`s not particularly noisy you may hear other tenants or cars outside occasionally.
Guests will access the condo using a lockbox located outside of the complex that stores a set of keys and fobs. Please keep track of the keys at all times. Lost keys or fobs will results in a fee of up to $200.
Guests can reach out at any time for quick help! We strive for prompt responses and are here to ensure a 5-star stay!
The front door utilize a security camera that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety and security.
This unit is part of a beautifully restored historic building, where all 100+ units feature the original sealed concrete floors. These floors naturally show imperfections, variations, and markings from the building’s history, which are part of the intentional “industrial loft” style of the complex. This design choice gives each space its own distinctive and authentic character.
**Pet Policy** Dogs are welcome, but they must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. To add a pet, put the number of pets in the search option next to where you select the number of guests. The pet fee will be automatically applied to your reservation when included this way. Please note, if an unregistered or unpaid pet is brought to the property, the fee will be doubled.
** ADDITIONAL FEES ** $75 pet fee (Taxes and platform fees are added automatically on top of our pet fee) 1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.
2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am.
3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.
4. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. Unregistered pets are subject to a double priced pet fee.
5. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee.
6. A lost, missing, or damaged key, fob, or parking permit has a replacement cost of $75 each.
7. Check-Out Policy - Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out is not guaranteed and may only be available if there are no same-day bookings or scheduling conflicts with our cleaning team. If you`d like to request a late check-out, please inquire the day before departure. Requests made earlier will not receive a confirmed answer until that time. A fee may apply for a late check-out.
8. Check-In Policy - Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on same-day turnover and cleaning schedules. If you`d like to request early check-in, please reach out on the day of arrival. We are unable to confirm early check-in prior to that day. A fee may apply for early check-in.
9. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.
10. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
11. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
12. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.
13. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
14. Firearms and weapons are not allowed inside the unit or in the hallways of the building. Bringing a firearm onto the property will result in a $500 fee and may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

We enjoyed a 10 day stay - the unit was clean and the pictures reflected it accurately. Very easy to get in and out of downtown from that location, plenty of parking. Close to shopping and restaurants. We had a great stay!
Fantastic stay! The location was perfect, and the host’s communication was excellent—super easy to work with. The property had everything we needed for our weekend wedding. Highly recommend!
We recently stayed at this property and had a very pleasant experience. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had all the accommodations we needed for a comfortable visit. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing getaway!
We stayed at this loft on a cross country trip. Dan was very responsive to any of our questions. The loft is conveniently located to restaurants. It has an industrial vibe and due to the high ceiling and windows was a little chilly but we had read the previous reviews and were prepared for this, but it was not bad at all. The bed was comfortable with good sheets. We used the 6th floor outdoor dog station which was nice as well.
We found all of the communication with the property owners excellent, especially since the lockbox was a new situation for us but the directions were spot on. We did find some trash under the couch but the rest was very clean.
Right downtown near all the best restaurants and attractions. Bit of a complicated check in, but huge appartment fully stocked and well taken care of. Would use again.
Location was great for being close to event center. Loft was clean and comfortable. Big windows have beautiful view but does leave lower level chilly in winter time. Space heater provided did help with this. If you prefer sleeping in pure darkness this may not be for you due to city lights and huge windows. Check in was easy, parking garage across the street was reasonably priced. Host was very responsive. Perfect for the one night that we needed and much better than cramped hotel room.
Great space and location. Perfect for downtown Des Moines attractions. Couple items left behind by the previous guest including old food and used towels, but overall it worked out great.
We were in town for a concert. It was a really nice loft. Close to the wells fargo arena and perfect for what we needed. I can see us staying here again in the future.
This is a great unit in a perfect location. Short walking distance to restaurants, bars & the wonderful Des Moines Farmers Market is directly below. The unit is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Would definitely stay again if ever back in Des Moines.
