Slow check-in

The only hiccup which was resolved by the two ladies on duty was that the hotel had overbooked and though we had reserved three rooms only two were available at first. However, the third room was secured somehow. All else went well. We were told it would be best if we called ahead to let them know we would arrive later than they anticipated. With rooms paid for and reserved we were unaware of this being a need. However, everything else went well.
