Picture yourself in this newly renovated townhome within minutes of Deer Valley Resort. This 4bd 3.5-bath home is perfect for families or couples wanting an escape to the mountains. Sleeps up to 12 total. Great for the Winter or Summer seasons. Charming, close to everything. Located on the backside of the deer valley gondola (less than a mile away). 7-minute drive to downtown charming Park City. Tons of walking and mountain bike trails in the summer and winter wonderland in the winter. House is spacious and has 3 levels for everyone to have their own space.

The primary room has a stunning new King bed with modern touches of decor connected to an ensuite bathroom. Down the hall, there are two large bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is outfitted with a cozy King bed and plenty of space for storage while Bedroom 2 Bunkbeds; 1 Twin over Full and 1 Twin over Twin - both rooms share a full bathroom.

Make your way to the main floor where there is plenty of space to connect with friends and family while you prepare a shared meal or make plans to explore the surrounding area. Whether skiing, hiking, or biking this area has a tremendous amount of activities for young and old. Downstairs in the basement, you'll find a comfortable King bedroom, family room with sofa sleeper and full bath. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long (but fun) day on the slopes and take in this mountain views.

Our stay at this VRBO property was perfect! Eight of us had plenty of space, and everything, from the main living areas to the bedrooms and bathrooms, was clean, updated, and in great condition. All appliances and utilities worked flawlessly (no issues with heat, hot water, hot tubs), and check-in was seamless (code worked upon arrival) with no issues accessing the home. Michael and Debbie were kind, responsive, and flexible throughout our stay. Five stars; we’d absolutely recommend this property and stay again!

Convenient location for a Heber stay

We had a wonderful time for a family get-together in the Heber area, including water sports at Jordanelle reservoir and dining in Heber. This property is a great location for it.

Family Vacation

Great location and great property! Very clean and spacious. We comfortably stayed with 8 people and enjoyed cooking and eating at the home. It is also less than 2 miles from Lake Jordanelle and we enjoyed a great day on the lake. Would recommend it for any family or friend trip.

Beautiful Mountain Retreat

We had the most wonderful vacation and experience staying at this property. The location was perfect for accessing restaurants, shopping, and activities. The hosts made sure that every amenity was provided for and the house was immaculate and extremely comfortable for our family. I would highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our visit. Michael met us at the house when we arrived to discuss some things about the property. We really appreciated his hospitality and detailed advice. Hopefully it works for our family to get to Park City again. We will definitely look into staying there again. TW

Anniversary/ Golf weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Escape Home. It was just what we were looking for. Close to the areas we wanted to see and visit. Peaceful! Relaxing! The beds were very comfortable! I was thinking this would also be perfect for a family weekend with my kids! Loved it!

Clean and well stocked. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and the family enjoyed the hot tub. The only downside was the master bed was too firm for my liking.

Jordanelle family trip.

Great place and location. Place is clean and well stock with towels, soaps, dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Owners were very responsive. Hot tub had some problems and was fixed the next day.

Great house 15 minutes from Park City town / Deer Valley

The property was fantastic - large space, hot tub and very homey. We went for a long weekend to ski DV and Alta. 15 minutes from town and in a quiet enclave with beautiful mountain / lake views. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great house close to PC / DV! Owners were also very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place

Enjoyed the property, perfect for 12 people as long as 4 of them don't mind sleeping in the same room. Easy to get to Park City. Tip: You should put large mirrors in the bedrooms so people can get out of the bathroom and do their hair and makeup in the bedroom. 1 bathroom for 6 people is a little rough.

Amazing Stay

We rented this house for a girls' weekend and had a wonderful time! The house has been completely updated and has a really fresh and relaxing vibe. It has a comfortable layout and with 4 bedrooms there was plenty of room for us to spread out. My favorite part of this was the views. It was so relaxing to sit and drink my coffee in the morning looking out at the lake and then hanging out in the hot tub at the end of the day. The property manager was organized, gave us clear information before our stay to make check-in easy, and responded quickly when we had questions come up. I would definitely stay there again!
