I didn’t realize that there were two sets of stairs in the condo. Multiple climbs with baggage was not easy on an old man BUT it was worth it. The second floor is very nice. The kitchen had several of the extras we needed. The views were as I had hoped. The property is showing a little age but it didn’t matter. We will be back.

We were super happy with our stay. The place is beautiful and right on the beach. The rooms are nice and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed plus some. We will be back and I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place for families!

The owner and property manager were amazing!! The house was perfect for families w children, the view is insane. The beach was literally in the backyard. My kids had a blast- we will for sure be coming back!

The town home works so well for us! Being right on the beach makes it nice. Had a few issues while we were there but made contact with the owner and they were right on it trying to fix the problem and got them fixed.

This property was very well kept up and the kitchen and living area were very updated and beautiful! Great view of the beach from the balcony and only steps to walk to the beach. It had almost everything we needed for our stay except food!! Lovely place and will likely be back with my family again next time!

Great place for a family vacation! Plenty of room for everyone and all the amenities that you will need! Stores and restaurants were close by, if you needed anything or wanted to go out to eat. Could not beat being able to walk straight out of the house to the beach! Will recommend this place to others!

We have been here before but this place keeps us coming back for more!!! we will be back. very clean, people who run it are very friendly, and it is literally right there on the beach. we traveled with 2 under 2 and the only downfall was the stairs! but it was very manageable!

No crowded condominiums for me and my family! We liked the idea of running out our back door, over the sugar white sands and into the Gulf whenever we want. So we bought our beach house at Island Mist. Our exclusive piece of paradise that we can share with you!
