North central 2BR units with private access & a private bathroom. 10 minutes or less north of San Antonio Airport, 20 minutes or less north of Downtown Riverwalk. The private 2BR units are located upstairs with a private bathroom & a private living space, completely divided & separated from the downstairs unit. Free 2 car parking & up to 3 total guests. This place is great for individual travelers, couples, & groups up to 3, who are visiting San Antonio for the short term, close to the airport.

The property is a two-story home. All guests will have a private access and enter through the home’s front entrance door. Upon entering the front door, a staircase will lead you upstairs to the private living space and private bathroom space where all guests will have access to their own private 1BR unit. Private Kitchenette (Microwave, Mini Fridge, Coffee Maker) included in each bedroom unit.

Why they chose this property

Family oriented and retiree neighborhood primarily built in the mid to late 1980’s. The majority of the homes are custom built with unique exterior/interior designs and floor plans. Morning, afternoon, and especially early evenings there are plenty of residents jogging, biking, walking their dogs, and working in their yards. It truly is a fun environment.
