Spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building in effect. Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 5) will be restricted from approximately August 2026, to October 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also note that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.

Great location. Room has separate full bedroom and pullout couch in living room. At end of hall so there’s not much traffic going by the room. Clean and and a great value. Can watch luau from Lanai/balcony.

Great location

The property was clean and as described. The check in process was seemless. The showers were the only small issue we had...couldnt get a consistent temperature and faucet knobs were extremely hard to turn.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm a bit disappointed to have spent my vacation here. The faucets are broken, and I'm not sure they will fix them. The furniture is old, and it's noisy. For this money, I could have found better options.

The location was great. Central to wonderful eateries and beach access. The only pitfalls are as follows: both bathroom showers had water temperature issues, both bathrooms are outdated, in the second bedroom the charging outlet was damaged, and the frying pans need to be replaced. The teflon was worn and everything stuck to the them. However, despite the minor inconveniences the trip was most enjoyable as we got to visit and spend quality family time with our son as he is stationed at Kaneohe Bay.

Great Waikiki location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 14th floor property was the perfect location for our family of six. We enjoyed being within the Ilikai Hotel. The two balconies were especitally enjoyed by all of us. The bathrooms are in significant need of an update but are fully functional. The beds and furniture were in good condition and comfortable. It would be helpful to include that the Marina Parking garage (enter off Hobron Ln) is a convenient and less expensive choice than the valet parking at the Ilikai. It's also less time consuming than waiting on valet.We would definitely stay here again.

There was a double and single bed in 1 room and a king size bed in another both had their own bathroom. The unit had a kitchen, lounge/dining area as well as washer and dryer which came in very handy. The apartment faced Ala Moana Blvd and had 2 balconies one facing the road and the other on the side of the building looking down into the Hilton Hawaiian. The building is about a 6 min car ride into Waikiki or a 20 min walk. There is an ABC shop across the road and numerous restaurants. It was great for our family of 4.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always love the Ilikai units! Frequent staycation spot! This unit is VERY nice and good view! HOWEVER, the beddings (mattresses, pillows and sofa bed) WERE POOR Quality and hard to sleep on!! NONE of us could have a restful sleep at all! NEVER did I experience this with all the units I had rented before in Ilikai!! Owner need to replace such cheap and old beddings!! Love the apartment BUT NOT with those beddings!!!

Very good but needs a DEEP CLEAN and updates

Overall we had a fabulous stay. We have stayed in other units before at the Ilikai and love staying there... Pros: This unit is very spacious and property is in a great location. Excellent amenities downstairs and mgmt was quick to respond to our shower issue. Cons: This unit definitely needs a DEEP CLEAN and updates. It felt dingy and under maintained. (Sofa stains, clogged shower, dining table & chairs not wiped off and grungy floor... needs mopping) We were also notified just days before we arrived there would be NO WORKING DISHWASHER. All little things, but makes the first impression, meh. Had a serious shower drainage issue and mgmt was VERY QUICK to respond and fix it! Mahalo for that! Overall, we love the location, but this particular unit needs a little work.

部屋は想像していたよりは綺麗に保たれていたので良かったですが、設備の老朽化は否めないですね。シャワーは温度が安定せず暑くなったり冷たくなったりするので少し調整に苦労しました。蛇口が壊れかけていて上手く調整できなかった。洗濯機と乾燥機が使えたのは大変ありがたかったです駐車場のバレーパーキングが人が集中すると時間がが掛かるので少し改善の余地はあるかと思います立地も徒歩で移動できる範囲に色々あるため問題ないと思います全体的にはいい宿泊施設だと思います

一週間滞在しましたが、設備も綺麗で快適に過ごすことができました。部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機が完備されていたのがとても便利でした！ 懸念点があるとすると以下の点です。 ・ハサミがない ・大通りに面しているため、騒音が気になる ・マスターベッドが柔らかく、腰痛持ちには不向き
