This is a really cool place. It was super convenient to all the things we needed to move our son into his apartment for college. Nice and quiet area, beautiful front porch for morning coffee and honestly just felt like home. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back here, every time we come to visit if its available!!

We were there to visit extended family and to remember one of us who passed away. In March. It was a lovely home to visit with the family and swap stories about our sweet Melanie. The home is very nice and comfortable! A perfect place to stay.

Great Place

The house was great and the host was very hospitable and very kind. I highly recommend staying here for anybody visiting baton rouge. It is in a great location close to all of the main thurofares and I will definitely be coming back next time I am in Baton Rouge.

Very nice house!

The place exceeded our expectations, communication was great and a really easy check-in process. It’s a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house was super clean and well decorated. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

Review: We actually live in Baton Rouge, but we needed a home away from home while repairs were being done at our house. This gem of a house was perfect. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. And the absolute best part, the day before we were supposed to check out we found out the repairs at our house were not complete and we needed to extend our stay. We immediately reached out to Morgan. She responded quickly and was able to accommodate our last minute request. We highly recommend this home and would definitely rent it again if the need ever arises.

Great location, cute home

Had an extended stay at this place and overall, it was a great experience. I had class at LSU daily so the commute was perfect and under minutes. Cute, spacious home, good size kitchen, great bathrooms, and a great fenced-in yard. We had a pest issue but the owner sent pest control out immediately the next day and it helped a lot. Recommend this spot! The owners were very responsive too.

Super Convenient and Clean

Stayed four nights between Christmas and New Year’s. Property is exactly as shown in online photos. Very clean, stocked with necessary basics, and incredibly decorated. Covered parking is also an added bonus! Morgan made the check in process easy and smooth. The main highlight is the proximity to all of the restaurants in mid-city and the Perkins Rd overpass areas. Will book again for future trips!

Great little cottage

This is a cozy convenient house in the Hundred Oaks neighborhood. It was a quiet peaceful spot for being so convenient to lSU, restaurants and shopping. The beds are comfy and the owners have dine a great job with conveniences like throw blankets on the couch, an iron available etc with a nice basket of little snacks and coffee with creamer and sugars ready on arrival. Its a typical old house, charming in its imperfection, but the owners did a great job remodeling and the bathrooms are both large and easy to share. Cute and convenient fenced in yard for dogs and we had dinner one evening on the picnic table out back. Great stay thank you!

Dirty and loud

Train tracks feel like they are running thru the back yard. Crumbs in the utensil drawer. Strong gas smell in the sun room/ laundry room. Train rattles the house during the middle of the night. Neighborhood is pleasant minus the train.
