House located in the best beachfront condominium of Praia de Muro Alto, one of the most beautiful and preserved of the Pernambuco coast, is framed by reefs that form natural pools of crystal clear water and white sand. Located in the resort of Porto de Galinhas.
The house has 02 floors, the upper floor consists of 04 suites, an intimate living with TV, and the ground floor with 01 reversible bedroom to suite with the social bathroom, plus living room, dining room, kitchen / pantry, with balcony. Private pool, shower and pool toilet, kiosk, hammock, full maid and service area. It houses up to 12 people.
The condominium is neighbor to the Beach Class, Summerville and Nanai resorts, is closed with 24h armed security, guardhouse in all access and cameras around the condominium. It has a square, semi-Olympic lap pool, sauna, barbecue area, Kids area, children's playground, Cooper's track in spacious garden by the sea, volleyball courts, soccer society and two tennis courts.
