Home has 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms… upstairs bathroom has a jetted tub and Bluetooth to listen to your tunes while in the bathroom…..Laundry room…Full kitchen…doorbbell camera…. Each bedroom has its own code and Bluetooth clock with Roku ready tv’s the 3 large rooms has pub tables in chairs… the location is good because it’s close to pretty much anywhere you want to go… Philadelphia zoo 7 mins, art museum 12 mins, Liacouras Center 5 mins, Lincoln Financial Field 20 mins, South Street 15 mins, Fashion District 15 mins, South Jazz (great restaurant) 10 mins, Temple University 5mins and so much more. NO PARTIES OR SMOKING ALLOWED…. there will be an extra fee if evidence found
