Great Location

I booked this property because of its proximity to FAU. I was moving my daughter to college. Restaurants and everything we needed to get to were nearby. I asked for a room with a balcony, but was not able to get one. I thought that breakfast was included, but it was not. I asked for a little later check-out time, but the request was not granted. The toilet did not work, but maintenance did come to fix it. When I went to the front desk to ask for a room refresh, no one was there. I waited several minutes and no one ever came.
