We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.`

SPI city permit information is on file.
-Guest registration forms must be emailed prior to arrival
-No Smoking of any kind, including vaping
-Do not leave children unattended on the balconies
-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.
-A MAXIMUM of 8 guests permitted, this includes infants and children. NO Exceptions
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
-ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors.
-No pets allowed.
-No candles permitted in the condo
-Unruly behavior will not be tolerated

*Failure to abide by Sapphire/House Rules may result in fines and/or eviction.

*As a reminder, if you choose to use the hot tub during your stay, please ensure that the cover is placed back on the hot tub and securely fastened using both straps provided. Due to the high winds on the 20th floor, an unsecured cover may shift across the deck or result in damage to the cover or its straps.
Please note that any damage caused to the hot tub cover as a result of improper handling or securing will be the responsibility of the guest.
